The Jmpcan Medicines Group has a rich history that dates back to forty years ago with the state-owned Tai Xing Pharmaceutical Company. Since 1999, the Group has changed into a non-government enterprise. Under the leadership of Longxiang Cao, the Chairman, Jumpcan has seen a tremendous increase of 50% in 6 years with continuous development.
Since 2003, profits and taxes of the enterprise have exceeded 100 million RMB for 4 consecutive years. Moreover, the group has succeeded in receiving the following:

2)No.6 of the Top 10 Strong Enterprises in its provisional city, Taizhou for 3 consecutive years.

Our business also covers other areas and many of them are amongst the market leaders such as traditional Chinese medicine preparation, herbal medicine processing, wholesale of medicines and medical devices. There are more disease areas we are currently conducting research in such as phymatology, where the company has been focusing on developing new treatments for the future.
A collaboration between the college of pharmaceutical sciences, Zhejiang University and Jiangsu, Jmpcan Medicines Group, was established in early 2007, to set up a new medicine research center. The research centre will primarily be focused on cancer research and cancer technology. The collaboration promises to be one of the major breakthroughs in modern medicine in the long run.
With an area of 400,000 square metres and over 1300 staff to date, the group has been involved in a construction program, which was supported by the Jiang Su Provincial Party Committee and Government. The aim is to build a Jumpcan-featured first class national pharmaceutical industrial park.
The total area of the park is 1000,000 square metres (about 247 acres), with the first stage being 350 square metres at an initial investment cost of 1 billion RMB. The construction started during the first half of 2006 and is set to be completed during 2008.
Continued investment in Jumpcan Industrial Park is helping the discovery of new medicines in the field of pediatrics, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and anti-cancer. The planned expansion enhances Jumpcan¡¯s nationwide development capabilities and provides an exceptionally high standard of accommodation and equipment. The expansion will push annual production to 5 billion RMB by the end of the 11th Five-Year Program. A scale of 10 billion RMB in production & sales will be achieved with another five-year industrial structure adjustment.
